Rolling monthly, paid in advance by bank transfer or standing order. Starts the day your site goes live. Your site needs hosting to stay online: if you cancel, you get your site files to host elsewhere.

Anything else (online shops, booking systems, logo design, photography) is quoted separately. We always agree the price before doing extra work.

Free quote
We send a written quote setting out what we will build, the price and the rough timescale. It is valid for 30 days.

50% deposit by bank transfer
Paying the deposit accepts the quote and our terms. We book you in and start once it arrives in our account.

Preview and changes
The first preview comes within 5 working days for a one-page site, or 10 working days for a 3–5 page site, counted from when you send your content. You send one list of changes and I make them. If the first preview doesn't match what we agreed in the written quote, I'll put it right at no extra cost.

Balance, then go live
The 50% balance is due by bank transfer within 7 days of the preview invoice. Your site goes live once it is paid.
Paying safely
All payments are by UK bank transfer. Our bank details appear only on your invoice, never on this website. Use the invoice number as your payment reference. We do not take card payments. If you ever receive a message saying our bank details have changed, call us on 07463 176554 before you pay.
